It is really nice to have a peaceful, quiet, safe place to be with my baby. The staff are friendly and prompt with taking care to their renters. I highly recommend moving here and I don't want to leave any time soon.

The apartment complex is well maintained and very quiet. Housekeeping issues are always handled in a timely manner and the office staff calls to check on issues to make sure they were handled to the satisfaction of the tenant. It's an older apartment complex. However, what it lacks in amenities and appliances, it makes up for with polite, competent staff and community safety.

The maintenance crew is amazing and act quickly on repairs. The staff is very helpful, especially Jill and Alisha, who were both outstanding in clarifying a question that my husband and I had concerning our lease. The community is overall quiet with respectful tenants throughout the entire complex. The location is perfect, and my husband and I are very pleased with our decision to live in Chateaux Dijon.

Location is wonderful, grounds are well kept, close dog areas to any apt, maintenance is super fast.

I have never lived anywhere like this. The price is not that reasonable, but the price is well worth the service. You get what you pay for. Everyone on the staff is really friendly. Maintenance is prompt in responding and fixing problems.

I have encouraged several people to consider living at Chateau Dijon. The apartments are very nice, clean, roomy and the staff are always helpful and take care of issues right away. It is a very nice place to live. Thanks Staff

It is a very quiet, nice place to live.

You have the peace of mind knowing that safety of your tenants are of great concern to your Apartment Complex. If a problem occurs it is taken care of with a reasonable time frame. By that I mean within a few hours if already busy. The fact that it is in a busy area but has the quietness that is needed to study as a Graduate Student in Law School.

I would tell them it's a great apartment complex for the price. I did quite a bit of research on surrounding apartments and Chateaux Dijon was definitely the most reasonable. Since I have been here I have had nothing more than a great experience. The staff is friendly, maintenance repairs are fast and effective, and the community in general is quite and inviting. The location is also great for getting to the highway. I have friend living in other apartment complexes and I must say I am most happy with Chateaux Dijon.

It was an amazing experience. I never had any problems there and was helped out by the staff whenever I needed anything. Maintenance was always quick to respond and checked up on your satisfaction of the job they did.

I would tell them that I feel very safe and is located in an area in the midst of getting to neded places for all essentials. It is quiet and peaceful. The extra 15 miles that I travel to get to Southern Law school is worth it because the work is very challenging and I need to be able to concentrate. Very quiet area. Question 2 in the next section about NOISE. The answer can be one of two ways. Can you hear noises all too well. (No) It's quiet. So I gave it very poor because I do not hear my neighbors all too well. Just wanted to make that clear and positive.

Older units, could utilize a little updating of wallpaper and fixtures, however, staff friendly and excellent service for maintenance issues (which have been few).

My family loves it here.

More covered parking needs to be available for the back building. It's a pain to walk two buildings over in the rain to get to my parking spot.

This is a great place to live.
